V tejto s\u00favislosti u\u017e boli vo svete realizovan\u00e9 viacer\u00e9 v\u00fdskumy, ktor\u00e9 to preukazuj\u00fa aj v renomovan\u00fdch vedeck\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1ch. My si v na\u0161om kr\u00e1tkom \u010dl\u00e1nku predstav\u00edme len tie naj\u010dastej\u0161ie zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, pri ktor\u00fdch nordic walking jednozna\u010dne pom\u00e1ha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bolesti chrbta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pred sedav\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom \u017eivota u\u017e varovala napr\u00edklad aj Svetov\u00e1 zdravotn\u00edcka organiz\u00e1cia (WHO).
